Modification of the Agreement

Pobuca Loyalty reserves the right to update and change the Agreement from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Agreement at any time by clicking the link in the footer of the web site.

Description of Service

Pobuca Loyalty, Pobuca-Sieben’s Integrated Marketing Management Platform, is a sophisticated tool that following the latest trends in digital marketing, will constitute the focal point through which all of your customer end points ( i.e Website, eshop, Mobile App, social media, Loyalty etc), will be handled from a centralized management system. Organizations using Pobuca Loyalty benefit from the efficient and effective consolidated management of all digital marketing actions, without compromising on customer experience.

Pobuca Loyalty Core

Pobuca Loyalty Core is the basis for the evaluation of all marketing activities (web, mobile, Social Media) and the collection of statistical data (from the web site, clicks, the Social Media channels, direct email campaign, etc.). Pobuca Loyalty Core is the prerequisite for all other Pobuca Loyalty modules. It includes the following:

  • Database schema
  • Administration Tool
  • Reports for building customer profiling

Pobuca Loyalty Campaigns - Manage your Campaigns

Ability to create and perform all kinds of Marketing Campaigns for personalized communication with your contacts.  It includes the below functionalities:

  • Send a message via Newsletter, email, sms, voice (text to speech), post leaflets, mobile push notifications
  • Create and send surveys to your customers.

The below services can be included according to your needs:

  • Creation of Newsletter Templates
  • Creation of custom Scenarios
  • Ability to build workflows that will automate the process of marketing department
  • Creation of automated script generation mechanisms (Response actions - workflows)
  • Ability to schedule a script so that it runs automatically on specific days and times

Pobuca Loyalty Connectivity

Pobuca Loyalty Connectivity is required for connecting Pobuca Loyalty with your ERP or other systems, and the transferring of data.

The data maintained by the company in heterogeneous systems (i.e sales data, demographics, etc.) are collected and consolidated in a central point, the base of Pobuca Loyalty. These data enrich the customer's profile and are being managed in conjunction with data already available in Pobuca Loyalty.

Pobuca Loyalty

Pobuca Loyalty Loyalty is the mechanism that will support end to end loyalty programs with different policies for point redemption and rewarding of loyal customers. Pobuca Loyalty loyalty differentiates from other competitive solutions as it is able to support the collection of points based on the marketing interactions of consumers not just by their buying behavior. Pobuca Loyalty, provides segmentation and management of loyal customers through their demographic and commercial data as well as their interaction with marketing activities (email, sms, Facebook and Mobile notifications).

Moreover it supports automated and personalized coupons redemption, custom reports, etc. depending on the needs of each company.

Pobuca Loyalty Lead Scoring

Pobuca Loyalty Lead Scoring uses advanced algorithms to rank customers according to the offered services of each company. Lead Scoring allows users to create segmentation rules based on demographic, behavioral, commercial and marketing criteria and use them to rank and segment their customer base.

Pobuca Loyalty Social

Pobuca Loyalty Social is required for connecting Pobuca Loyalty with company’s Facebook Brand Page and collect data. In addition, with Pobuca Loyalty social, your company will be able to collect personal information of users from facebook apps to enrich customer profiles.

Pobuca Loyalty Sites

Required module for connecting your website/microsite to Pobuca Loyalty and record data derived from the completion of on line forms, registration to newsletters e.t.c. It supports also the development of a microsite or website using Pobuca Loyalty as a CMS Platform.

Pobuca Loyalty Mobile app

Ability to create custom mobile applications on any platform (iOS, android, windows phone) with bi-directional communication of the application to Pobuca Loyalty in order to centrally manage content and data. (CMS Platform)

Pobuca Loyalty Digital ID

Pobuca Loyalty Digital ID refers to the functionality of single sign in to all platforms and programs (website, microsite, mobile app, etc.) with the same credentials (username, password) for more convenience and better user experience to end user.

At the same time, Pobuca Loyalty Digital ID, is the mechanism by which the user login is recorded at the database of Pobuca Loyalty and thus supports the identification of users with the actions they perform in each platform supported by each company (website, microsite, mobile app, etc.)

Pobuca Loyalty Web Analytics

Pobuca Loyalty Web Analytics used to measure important metrics of a web platform or a mobile application. The advantage of Pobuca Loyalty Web Analytics is that page visit statistics or mobile screen statistics, for example what pages someone saw, for how long, from what page did he exit the site, what he was searching, did he find it etc, can be matched to actual end users in Pobuca Loyalty Database with their personal profile information (name, age, residence, marriage status, hobbies) and purchasing information (what he buys, how much, when, from where). This matching is really important for advanced segmentation of customer database and automated personalized campaigns at the exact time with the exact message.

Pobuca Loyalty Digital Signage

Pobuca Loyalty Digital Signage is required for connecting Pobuca Loyalty with your in-house touch screens and the transferring of data in Pobuca Loyalty data base.

Pobuca Loyalty Meraki

Our solution combines the technologies offered by Cisco Meraki and Pobuca Loyalty.

The main pillars where our solution provides added value are:

  1. Connection to the loyalty system and use of personalized and targeted campaigns. Communicate directly to your customers targeted and personalized campaigns through splash pages, sms or email.
  2. Provide free guest-WiFi access with possible connection to social networks offering Brand Expansion through social networks (social media), such as facebook, Linkedin, twitter, Google+. Bandwidth limitation and restricted access to certain websites, i.e limited downloads, videos, games, malicious sites, etc.
  3. Store visit data via Presence Analytics in order to track, the time customers spend in specific areas of the store, their behavior or even their purchases.
  4. Basic marketing strategies can be applied in real time (i.e. for a customer that visited twice our store last week, and has remained in area A of the store, send sms promo campaign of 100 points if purchase takes place within the day).
  5. Introduce Bring Your Own Device policies and manage employee mobile devices via MDM.

Pobuca Loyalty Beacons

Pobuca Loyalty Beacons can be used as an alternative or supplementary solution to the Pobuca Loyalty – meraki and presence analytics solution.

 Pobuca Loyalty Beacons:

  • Are an add-on to Pobuca-Sieben mobile apps that connect to Pobuca Loyalty.
  • Use beacon technology and allow proximity based marketing campaigns. (wifi connection is not required, only use of smartphone/tablet with Bluetooth.)
  • Use big data analytics and collects actionable information for analysis
  • Allow the design and implementation of marketing campaigns through the Pobuca Loyalty Campaigns module

The Agreement does not grant a license to any software except to the extent required for you to use the Service. Except to the extent that applicable laws prevent Pobuca Loyalty from asserting every possible property right, you will not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code, or underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of the Service, or found at or through the Service or any software, documentation, or data related to the Services (“Software”); remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Service or any Software; reproduce or copy the Software or the Service or any part thereof; modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services or any Software; or copy, distribute, pledge, assign, or otherwise transfer or encumber rights to the Service or any Software. Third party scripts or code, linked to or referenced from this website, are licensed to you by the third parties that own such code, not by Pobuca Loyalty.
In no event shall Pobuca Loyalty and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of software, documents, provision of or failure to provide services, or information available from the Service.
THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, Pobuca Loyalty HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, Pobuca Loyalty MAY MAKE AVAILABLE AS PART OF THE SERVICES OR IN ITS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, TOOLS AND UTILITIES FOR USE AND/OR DOWNLOAD. Pobuca Loyalty DOES NOT MAKE ANY ASSURANCES WITH REGARD TO THE ACCURACY OF THE RESULTS OR OUTPUT THAT DERIVES FROM SUCH USE OF ANY SUCH TOOLS AND UTILITIES. PLEASE RESPECT THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS WHEN USING THE TOOLS AND UTILITIES MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SERVICES OR IN Pobuca Loyalty PRODUCTS.

Trademark

You acknowledge and agree that the Service, the Software, the Pobuca Loyalty product names and logos, all related service names, design marks, logos, and slogans, and all other material, including marketing content, comprising the Software or the Service, are the property of Pobuca Loyalty or its affiliates or suppliers (collectively, the “Trademarks”). Unless stated otherwise, all Trademarks are protected as the copyright, trade dress, trademarks and/ or other intellectual properties owned by Pobuca Ltd or by other parties that have licensed their material to Pobuca Loyalty. You are not authorized to use any of the Trademarks in any advertising, publicity, or any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of Pobuca Loyalty.Your use of the Service confers no title or ownership in the Service, the Software, or the Trademarks and is not a sale of any rights in the Service, the Software, or the Trademarks. All ownership rights remain in Pobuca Loyalty or its third party suppliers, as the case may be.
